Carolyn Shapiro stopped by the Dazzle Den recently and we had a great discussion about her music and her latest album. We had been aware of each other for a while, but had never actually met, so the conversation you are hearing on this episode is the first time we'd ever spoken in person. While I do enjoy having friends, or people I have met on the show, I truly enjoy meeting someone that I respect just moments before we record.
We talk about how Carolyn got into the banjo, how she shares a similar "origin story" with Reese Fulmer, and she even plays two songs live in-studio.
